The self-service kiosk at Xanh Pon Hospital receives around 28,000 patients per month

Five biometric-enabled self-service kiosks at ETC - EPAY's Xanh Pon Hospital welcome roughly 28,000 patients each month, according to data obtained in November 2023.

At the "Conference to evaluate the implementation results of key tasks of Project 06/CP in the field of Health through implementation progress at Xanh Pon General Hospital" held on the morning of March 22, representatives of ETC and EPAY gave a speech introducing the information technology solution applied to the model "Medical examination and treatment using biometrics, Self-service kiosk".

The conference was attended by officials of the Hanoi Department of Health, representatives of the C06 Department - Ministry of Public Security, and representatives from 42 Hanoi Department of Health facilities.

Each day, the self-service kiosk system receives 900 - 1,300 patients registering for medical examinations, taking queue numbers, making cashless payments for medical examination registration fees, and so on, all of which contribute to shorter wait times, intelligent patient flow using facial recognition technology, authenticating customer information, reducing paper procedures, and relieving hospital staff of pressure.
