The ITERA High-Tech Center project is 70% complete in phase 1 and will formally open at the end of 2023

ITERA Software Research and Development Center, invested in and created by ETC Technology Systems Joint Stock Company, is progressively completing the first building phase, which includes three subdivisions: product introduction and support center, high-tech software development center, and data center.
With the rough section done and completion work approaching 70%, phase 1 is projected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2023.
After it is operational, the project will focus on researching and applying new, modern software technologies from around the world to operating management software, production operations, developing customers, providing services, and meeting the growing requirements of management agencies and businesses, particularly in the fields of state management, finance, banking, insurance, and transportation downloads, public services.

The project is being developed in two phases, the first of which has a total expenditure of almost 1,500 billion VND and includes a Product Introduction and Support Center and a Technology Software Development Center. High-end and Data Center. Phase 1 is scheduled to be finished and operational in the third quarter of 2023. Once finished, the project would employ roughly 6,000 people in the fields of information technology in general and software in particular; annual income is expected to be around 1,700 billion VND.
