ETC assists BIDV with consulting, assessing, and certifying compliance with the current version of PCI DSS

On March 13, ETC collaborated with Control Case, the top provider of international PCI DSS compliance services, to counsel, analyse, and successfully give the most recent version of PCI DSS compliance certification to the BIDV Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam. 
Mr. Ha Manh Hung, Vice Chairman of ETC Company, stated: "To become a consulting, evaluating, and granting PCI DSS certification unit for large enterprises and large banks such as BIDV, ETC, and Control Case must meet many strict customer requirements in terms of security expertise, card business knowledge, compliance requirements, and time. ETC is happy to be the unit that works alongside Control Case to consult, evaluate, and successfully give PCI DSS certification to large organisations and banks, thereby contributing to the development of reliable and secure payment services for clients."



PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a set of information security guidelines that organisations must follow to secure consumers' personal information when conducting card payment transactions. This is a standard issued and maintained by the PCI Council (PCI SSC) that is one of the most prestigious worldwide payment security standards available today. This certificate also meets the State Bank and card organisations' standards for increasing information security capability and preventing the leakage of client card information.
