ETC and EPAY sign collaboration agreement with BIDV - Commitment to multi-service, multi-field cooperation

On the morning of March 20, 2024, ETC and EPAY signed a collaboration agreement with BIDV in a variety of disciplines, marking a significant turning point in the three parties' strong, long-term partnership and an important milestone in ETC-EPAY's future development.

The occasion was attended by Mr. Pham Tien Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Thanh Trung, Deputy General Director of ETC, and Ms. Nguyen Mai Phuong, General Director of EPAY. BIDV was represented by Mr. Le Ngoc Lam, General Director; Mr. Tran Long, Deputy General Director; and Mr. Lai Tien Quan, Deputy General Director.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Pham Tien Hung emphasised his delight in the fact that ETC - EPAY has always had wonderful friends and close collaborators, including BIDV, one of Vietnam's major joint stock commercial banks and a leader in digital transformation. Taking use of the current ecosystem, ETC - EPAY is confident in its ability to successfully collaborate with BIDV in delivering a variety of services such as finance, banking, and credit, while prioritising technical connections between the parties and adding value to society.

Mr. Le Ngoc Lam, General Director of BIDV, expressed his desire to work strategically with ETC and EPAY to develop payment services such as e-wallet deposit and withdrawal services, collection and payment support services, public service payments via the EPAY PSP model, as well as cashless traffic toll collection, hospital kiosks, medical kiosks, public service kiosks, and others. At the same time, he emphasised that complete cooperation between the parties will be successful, in line with the three parties' development plan and desired needs, thereby enhancing the BIDV-ETC-EPAY relationship.
